32 ounces of drained ricotta cheese,mix
with 1/4 cup of prmesan cheese, 3 tablespoon of parsley, 1/4 teaspoon
of nutmeg and 1/4 cup of flour.Add salt and mix well.Using two spoons
make into a the size of choice.Drop the gnocchi into boilng water
when it floats.Test one and see if it holds inthe water.If not add
more flour to your dough.And continue making.Serve with a red sauce
and chopped basil.And parmesan cheese.
