‘Zucchini Bashamel -Main dishes‘

250 grams minced beef
one medium size onion
salt and pepper
5 pieces zucchini
2 cups milk
1 cup water
4 table spoons flour
Parmesan cheese

Ÿμ‚θ•ϋ Cut the zucchini in finger shape and steam. Put aside to cool down.

Cut the onion into small square pieces and add to the minced beef. Cook on
low heat and mix to fluff.

Preparation of white sauce : add the flour to cold milk and mix very well
in a mixer or beet by hand until very smooth. Add the water and put on
heat.

keep mixing continuously until the mix boils for about 5 minutes.

add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste. cool down in room temperature.

Put the steamed zucchini as a first layer in a container to put in the oven
(Pyrex).

Then spread the cooked minced beef on top and sprinkle parmesan
cheese and black pepper on the meat layer.

Finally, spread the white sauce
on top and sprinkle some more cheese on top.

Place in the oven on high heat
for about 20 - 30 minutes until the top layer is fairly light brown. Serve
hot.


‘ Eggplant -Salads‘

Ÿή—Ώ 5 pieces of eggplant
5 pieces green pepper
1 tomato
1 table spoon vinegar
salt and pepper
1 tsp cumin
2 pieces of garlic
2 table spoons vegetable oil

Ÿμ‚θ•ϋCut the eggplant and green pepper into small pieces and stir fry in oil.
Cool down and add the vinegar, tomato (small pieces) and spices and serve
with bread.


‘ Couscous-Dessart‘

Ÿή—Ώ 3 cups of couscous
3 cups water
pine nuts
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup finally ground sugar
1 table spoon butter

Ÿμ‚θ•ϋ boil 3 cups water and add 1/2 cup sugar.

and then add 3 cups couscous and remove from heat.

Add the butter for fluffing. Cover to be steamed for 5 minutes.

Serve in a plate and sprinkle the finally ground sugar and nuts on top.
