■Braised Chicken Mushroom■
 
 
 
◆材料
2 1/2 TO 3 LB. of Chicken Breast.
2 TBS... Of Cooking OIL
8 OZ. Mushrooms, Sliced (3 CUPS)
1 Large Onion chopped
2 Cloves Of Garic Minced
2 TSP... Dried Basil, Crushed
1 TSP.. Of Crushed Red Pepper
1/4 TSP... Of Salt
1/4 TSP... Pepper
1 Cup Chicken Broth
1/2 Cup DRY Red WINE
16 0Z CAN of Tomato Paste
1 TBS... All Porpoise Flour
2 TBS... Cold Water
1/4 CUP Snipped Fresh Parsley Fresh BasilL (Optional)


◆作り方
1. In a 12 INCH Skillet cook Chicken in hot oil over medium high heat until well-browned on both sides.

2. Set chicken aside, drain dripping,reserving 1 tablespoon dripping in skillet.

3. In the same skillet over medium heat, cook and stir Mushrooms, Onions, Garlic, The two teablespoon of BasilL, Crushed Red Peeper, Salt and Pepper until vegetable are tender but not brown.

4. Stir in broth, Red Wine and Tomato Paste.

5. Return Chicken to Skillet, Bring to boiling, reduce heat.

6. Cover and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes or until Chicken is tender and no longer pink.

7. Pput Chicken in a Plate, Reserving sauce on the skillet (Keep warm),

8. In small Bow stir all porpoise flour into cold water till smooth, Still in the remainder sauce and cook until Chicken, Stir in Parsley.

9.Pour the Sauce over the Chicken.
 

■Frozen Mocha Seville■
 
 
◆材料
1/2 Cup of packed Brown Sugar
4 OZ. os Semi-sweet Chocolate, Cut up
2 OZ. OF Un-sweetened Choclate, Cut up
3 TSP.. Finely Shredded Orange Peel
1/2 TSP.. Ground Cinnamon
4 Cup of Hot Brewed Coffee
1 Cup half-and half or right cream warmed
1 recipe wiped topping shredded orange peel (OPTIONAL)
◆作り方
1- Place Brown Sugar, Semi-Sweet and Un-Sweetened Chocolate, The 3 Teaspoon Orange Peel, And Cinnamon in the Blender Container.

2-Cover and Blend until Chocolate is Finely Chopped.

3-Remove Half of the Chocolate mixture and swe aside.

4-Add Two Cup of hot coffee to blender container, Cover abd Blend till Chocolate is melted,

5-Add 1/2 Cup half-and half or Cream, Cover and Blend till Frothy.

6-In another Cup combine, 1/2 cup of whipped cream, 1 TSP of Honey and Mix.

7- Serve and pour top the topping sprinkle orange peel and cinnamon.
