1. Peel & grate carrots.
2. Take milk & sugar _ the amount of grated carrots.
3. Take 2 tbl of butter in pan, roast grated carrot for a while and add milk cook until the milk evaporates.
4. Add sugar and cook for a while ,slowly add milk powder to make it thick.
5. Add dry fruits & nuts.
4 Medium Eggplants (Nasu)
3 Potatoes or sweet potatoes
1 cup Peas or any boiled beans

arlic,ginger,peanuts powder,oil,salt & turmeric Musterd,cumin & Asaphodia (option)
1 Cut eggplant & potatoes .Boil with water& turmeric until they become soft.
2 Add peas or any beans & cook for 5mins.
3 Chop onion ,garlic,ginger.Take 1tbl oil in a pan add cumin,musturd Add asaphodia after they start popping add tomatoes & Put lid & cook for sometime then add the boiled vegetables and salt
4 Cook all together for a while and sprinkle with peanuts powder.
