I originally came from Fukuoka. I moved to Okinawa for my university in my teens, married to Okinawa, since I have lived in Okinawa. I want to know Okinawan cuisine from the foundation and I want to make it as much as possible. While studying Okinawan cuisine, I realized that old dishes are getting rid of quickly. I am now able to leave Okinawas relatives and cuisines to make when my family gather.
