My name is Timothee, i’m born in Lyon, really famous place for food in France. My parents moved a lot during my childhood. I thought it was bad thing, but now I think differently. I was able try lot of different food of different place in France. I think it’s for that I like taste and prepare food of everywhere.
I grow with this love for food, and one day I decide to go in a cooking school to obtain a certificate. Finally after 3 years, I start to work in a restaurant in Lyon, place where I was born. A good place to start a professional life. I immediately fall in love of this job, it was possible for me to let explain my creativity. One of my favourite thing with the job of cook it s to see the smile of customer.
If now I m in Japan, it s because one day I ate sushi, and I thought what s the real taste of Japanese food? So I started to learn Japanese language, took a plane and did a travel in Japan. It was a shock. Food was so different, but I wanted work in this country.
And now my dream is come true, my kitchen evolved with all my experiences, it s not totally French food but it s totally me.
