I am Lauriane, a French woman, I have 2 kids. I have lived in France, Thailand and now Japan.
Food and cooking have always been part of me.
Greedy and curious, I have always been passionate about cooking and delivering stories through food and taste.

I grew up in the north of France in “Picardie”  where I spent my childhood and where I learned cooking french recipes with my grandmothers.s of 15 yo, I moved in different places in France and I could discover new dishes & specialities from different region.For me, eating is “life” and cooking allows me to disconnect from the day to day while bringing pleasure to my family and friends. I also love cooking with my kids sharing with them the most iconic regional meals of France.I also love exploring new recipes from all the countries where I am travelling. It will be a pleasure to bring you with me into the culinary “Tour de France”, from history to learning how to cook the most tasty French meals.
