Here is my intro:My name is Makayla. I was born in Sofia, Bulgaria, and since 1985 Japan has been my home, where I raised my two children and built my family. I have always loved cooking. One of my fondest memories is standing in my grandmother’s kitchen, watching her prepare delicious meals from an early age. For me, cooking is a way to connect and express love, creating joyful, memorable experiences for family and friends. Cooking Bulgarian food is especially meaningful, as its flavors connect me to my roots and let me share a taste of home with others. Welcome to my Bulgarian Kitchen!
