My Name is Arti and I was born in Maharashtra Region, the Western Part of India. My MBA has completed in BOLLYWOOD CITY Mumbai. India is a country, where various spices are very common to use in our daily foods. All spices have own different qualities which not gives only delicious taste but gives prevention from so many diseases.
Basically, I grown up in joint family and almost 35 family members were living altogether. So, I had great experience of learning cooking from my elders particularly from my Mother, who is my inspiration. We have great cooking culture in my family.
However, my Favorite Indian dishes list are very long but among them, I like Biryani, Chat, Batata Vada- the most popular Street Food of Mumbai.
I will be very happy to share my vast experience of various cooking style to all. Most of Foreigners always worry about the ingredients & utensils while cooking Indian Dishes.
So, first I will try to introduce varieties of popular Indian dishes whose ingredients can be easily found in Japan and also can cook with using same common utensils which are often available at any home.
I have also deep interest in other arts like Sketching, Drawing, Crosia Knitting.
When I was in India, I was teaching painting & have also experience of doing solo exhibition of my paintings.
